You mean it lasted a whole HOUR? Wow. We're lucky if we get thirty minutes, here in subtropical London!

Seriously. We've had a few sharp frosts so far this winter, and that's all. And we're on the same latitude as Moscow. God help us if the Gulf Stream ever stops!

The flurries were initially so thick and steady, I swear I thought we were gonna get stuck.

Another friend of mine lives in your AO and said the same thing.

A shame it stopped, for aesthetic reasons... And yeah, starving to death is not good!

Nah, I have enough stuff to eat so that if I wanted, I could probably live off of for two months (alone, and eating like I used to that is).

Two months of food the way you used to is probably three days of food for me!

:D

You couldn't live off what I eat! You'd go crazy! LOL. Z brought some stuff and randomly dropped it off on my deck last night. The Sprite was wonderfully slushy. Mmmmmmmm.

No worries of starvation, Terri, until it drops to sub-zero temps and enough snow to bury your front door. But then it'd be fun to jump into the snow from a 2nd-floor balcony!

Up here we *are* having subzero temps; this morning at 7:30 it was -20, and after 9pm was up to -6. But no new snow, unfortunately. Enjoy it while you can.

PS. maybe make an icon from the pic of your name on the Miata's hood? ;-)

I don't live in a two-story, so I don't have two-story jumping options. But it would be tres cool to open my door to snow :D

Er...that would be a crappy icon (already thought about it).

Words.

Here is Belladonna, the Lady of the Rocks,
The lady of situations.
Here is the man with three staves, and here the Wheel,
And here is the one-eyed merchant, and this card
Which is blank, is something that he carries on his back,
Which I am forbidden to see. I do not find
The Hanged Man. Fear death by water.
I see crowds of people, walking round in a ring.
Thank you. If you see dear Mrs. Equitone,
Tell her I bring the horoscope myself;

One must be so careful these days.
