Looooooooooooooong day

It's been a long day, and I'm glad it's over.

Everything was smooth until /after/ work. *sigh* Won't get into all of it in an open entry, since it involved sensitive (and legal) issues; but none of the things which occurred were pleasant. Kinda killed my Friday. I came home and finished doing "The Musicians". Not bad, considering the complexity and detail. I'll take a snap of it in a bit.

The girls "claimed" they were cleaning house after school (the other one - her friend's), and they finally came tooling in here about two hours' ago. The spawnlette's friend drove her own car. This scares me on many levels for different reasons. I did, however, send them on a food run :> Tomorrow a.m., I'll be making sausage pinwheels for breakfast.

I'm soooooooo happy to be back in my carro. Had to mention it AGAIN because, well, I am.

My hands hurt because I've been cleaning with a bleach combo. That'll teach me to not wear gloves.

My PDF files won't transfer into regular docs. Anyone who knows how to copy and paste, or just save certain things, please share your knowledge :>

That is all.

Ummmm.... open pdf file, under 'Edit' menu click 'select all', then click 'Edit' again, click 'copy', paste to Word file. You lose some formatting but it carries all text over.

I found a better way - I uploaded each year into its own file :D I helped the guy who runs it when he first got started (taught him how to set up paypal and use it). So he's always been good with helping me/assisting. This took awhile, but I finally got all the years down :) Now I just have to design cover art and have them printed!

For some reason, each year had a table of contents. I kinda got a little miffed at that, but since no year exceeds 750 pages, them I'm happy :D They're actually going to only cost $13 to print each book (or that's the going rate). That's not bad at ALL. :D Mine include photos, too. :>

Here is Belladonna, the Lady of the Rocks,
The lady of situations.
Here is the man with three staves, and here the Wheel,
And here is the one-eyed merchant, and this card
Which is blank, is something that he carries on his back,
Which I am forbidden to see. I do not find
The Hanged Man. Fear death by water.
I see crowds of people, walking round in a ring.
Thank you. If you see dear Mrs. Equitone,
Tell her I bring the horoscope myself;

One must be so careful these days.
