Your Thinking is Abstract and Sequential

You like to do research and collect lots of information.

The more facts you have, the easier it is for you to learn.

You need to figure things out for yourself and consider all possibilities.

You tend to become an expert in the subjects that you study.

It's difficult for you to work with people who know less than you do.

You aren't a very patient teacher, and you don't like convincing people that you're right.

So very true. I'll concur with all of that. Probably explains a lot a little too late. lol :) I think half of these quizzes are made to make us feel good about ourselves, while the other half are made to simply keep us in check with who we really are on a very surface level.

Or they're simply shameless self-promotion. Heh. Something like that. I mean, you never see quizzes (or rarely) that are negative-you, such as "How much do you suck at the game of life?" or "How stupid are you in traffic?" Those would be some fun quizzes, I'm thinkin'. Somebody needs to go make 'em.

Today's rough, and got rougher every hour since I woke up. ENOUGH LIFE, MKAYTHNX. *sigh* Must. Think. Positive. Thoughts. I wish I could take all those cyber-hugs and turn them into real ones. Just one good hug, that's alls I need. Or something. A headrub would be sublime.

On the other hand, I've spent a LOT of time on the rowing machine. Get frustrated, ride it out. Get frustrated, ride it out again. At this rate, I'll be competing in body-building competitions within the month. Yikes. I don't like being all muscular, but I sho as helleth am getting that way.

Every Viking longboat in town is going to want you pretty soon to be on it's rowing/pillaging team!

This is true. Right now, my biceps scare /me/.

I absolutely, positively refuse to believe at all that you're getting all buffed up without photographic evidence to support such a claim. ;D

LOL! Well, the tower isn't working right now, so I can't screen cap a pic for ya, and I can't take a digital of my own self, either. lol :) My legs are also getting buff, btw. :)

:P ;D Nope. Don't believe it, not for a minute. ;D

See? :D

A doctor friend of mine told me that he thinks I have fibromyalgia. He said that the way I'm exercising helps those who have it; and that would explain why the pain is intensified (besides Lupus), then relieved with this type movement. Had I known /that/ prior to now, I would've ordered the machine a long time ago.

No shit, huh? Better late than never but whatever.

No joke. That's what I thought. Then again, I have the V.A. as my regular physician. A "real" doctor can sniff this kind of stuff out, and indeed that's what happened. Now I just have to keep working out to stave off major pain. I'm in the process of weaning myself off medication, too (although that might not be too smart).

Eye see, Open your eyes
Creeping Through The Cellar Door

Here is Belladonna, the Lady of the Rocks,
The lady of situations.
Here is the man with three staves, and here the Wheel,
And here is the one-eyed merchant, and this card
Which is blank, is something that he carries on his back,
Which I am forbidden to see. I do not find
The Hanged Man. Fear death by water.
I see crowds of people, walking round in a ring.
Thank you. If you see dear Mrs. Equitone,
Tell her I bring the horoscope myself;

One must be so careful these days.
