This guy doesn't look like what we think a murderer should, and yet he took out family and friends before taking his own life.

Beware of strangers. Even serial killers usually look "normal".

This shooting was just horrific, and if you saw that face, would you see it coming?

I think if we all paid serious attention to "warning signs" we might foresee some issues coming, you know? Surely his behavior was odd or off-kilter; no one was paying attention OR they just didn't care. That - coupled with his mild-mannered looks - makes this type thing so disturbing. Again, apathy, I think, is part of the problem. No one cares anymore, or they ignore their basic instincts.
