One more day.

So I'm in the breakroom, and the vending machine dude is in there (of course, he's had to give me so many 7-ups at this point we're on a first-name basis). He informs me that no longer will 7-up be carried; it's being replaced by some citrus thing. He said I'd like it. I dont' LIKE 7-up; I drink Sprite. He said the citrus drink is #3 in the nation. I said "Let me guess -- Sprite is #1?" He said "Yeahhh, how'd YOU know?" Doh. Tis what I drink at home.

Two of our nurses came up, and Kelsey's picture I have hanging on the wall was again brought up. "Terri, is that you?"

OMG DO I LOOK LIKE A 12-YEAR OLD?

This pic:

Absolutely priceless Absolutely priceless

Plus, if I /did/ own a picture with me in a tiara and silky gowns, diamonds, etc., would I be SO VAIN as to hang it up in my office??

Uh. I don't know what that says about them or worse, me.

Eeps. Since Kelsey's pic has been mistaken for "me" so many times now, I feel it /almost/ necessary to remove it from my walls. Freaky. She does look like me, but she also bears a slight resemblance to her dad. So I'm not getting the whole "Is that you in the picture?" thing, but now it's freaking me out.

POOR KELSEY!!!!!

And yes, it's casual day, so I robbed her of another monkey shirt from Aeropostle. Hrmph. This vacation to Disney World thing has kinda bugged me. Plus, I feel closer to her when I wear her clothes :D Heh.

From the fridayfiver:

1. When is the last time you became unraveled? Day before yesterday.

2. What's the longest trip you've taken? Three months in Los Angeles with Mike. *If "by longest" they intended us to write out a travel schedule of some overseas trip, I have faaaarrrrrrr too many to think about and couldn't begin to guess. MANY.

3. Who is the biggest distraction in your life? Hmm...ironically and sadly, it's STILL Rey Jorge. Go figure.

4. Do people notice you when you walk into a room? Yepppppp.

5. Describe the last time you disappointed someone: Err...PH, when I told him about Mikey and why I couldn't see him anymore.

And thefridayfive:

1) Of the various cultures, ethnicities or nationalities you belong to, which most strongly do you consider yourself? Do I consider myself? Irish.

2) Is there a culture you cannot claim heritage from but which you feel quite close to? Definitely Spain, and a close runner-up, Germany.

3) What's one language you wish you knew fluently? Latin

4) If you could move anywhere in the world and be guaranteed a job, etc., where would you go? Spain :D

5) If you had a time machine, and could witness any one event without altering or disturbing it, what would you want to see? My birth, and the few hours following it, just so I could see my mother.

That's right -- this was a pointless entry, one of...thousands.

Hmmmm...maybe you're getting Sierra Mist? That's pretty good.

Signed,

A fellow Sprite/7-up drinker :D

THAT'S IT!!!!

Is it any good?? *sobs*

I don't care for 7-Up, and try to bring my Sprite (but we ALL know how horrific my memory is).

This morning, when I got to work and was walking in, I thought "OMG IS TODAY REALLY FRIDAY?"

HELLLLLLLLLLLLLP. I'm losing it. :D

It is good. It's more like Sprite than 7-Up :D

Every time you mention Spain it makes me think of Ed. He saw so many places during his 20 years in the Navy, but that's his favorite! He wants to live there...LOL!

Good! I like Sprite better.

I'M GOING TO LIVE THERE, TOO! I told ya that. As soon as Kelsey graduates...I'M GONEEEEEEEE, BABY. :> But then, I think it's common knowledge that I'm moving thur. :)

ACCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!

They don't say that I look like Kelsey; they say she looks like me. BUT HOW CREEPY IS IT WHEN MANY (not just one, not just a FEW, BUT A LOT) people say the SAME THING?? The picture (and I) both kinda sit at the same angle (i.e., they see my profile when they come visit or just look in). Maybe that's it? I dunno, but it's getting just CREEEPYYYYY. Eeps!

I haven't decided if Owen looks like you or not. LOL ;D

my little guy is a Sprite drinker, and he LOVES Sierra Mist...and, like you, he won't touch 7-Up. I'm a Coke/Diet Coke person, so it's all clear stuff to me. :-)

Kelsey is so pretty! But you have more boobs than a 12-year old, how could anyone possibly mistake her for you? :-P

Mar. 24th, 2006 02:50 pm (UTC)
OMG I SO DON'T HAVE BIGGER BOOBS THAN HER!! I'm sure I wrote that "conversation" down in my journal. She's TWO CUPS ahead of me!!!

It's...so...SAD. LOLOL.

Plus, do you see any boobage in that pic? LOL! Gadssssssssssssss. And the boobage you think you see in MY pics are ALL VICTORIA'S SECRET. None of that is me! LOL :D

I'm a Pepsi chica. I prefer Sprite to 7-up, so yay if it's more like Sprite (which tends to be tangier). :D

Ooops
Thank you (re: Kelsey :D). Isn't she gorgeous? Another reason I HAFTA QUESTION THE EYBALLS OF MY COWORKERS. Geez. She's like a "perfect" version of me, you know, if I was perfect or something. Yeah. And younger. With much better qualities.

Okay, so WHERE IS ANY RESEMBLANCE? hahahahahaha. :D

LOL. True :> I'm way too "manly" in the first place. Or something :D Hahahah :D

I JUST SAID to a girl at work (who asked if "I was mad at her" because I haven't talked with her lately, due to my being busy) to always view me as a man at work, and everything would be fine. *eyeroll* GAWD.

Come to think of it, it's kinda out of character for KELSEY to wear a tiera. LOL :D

Not to mention
...the fact she's drop-dead gorgeous. So she could've been crowed Miss Something Or Other, had I been one of "those" moms (which I'm not, and she's not, THANK GOD).

Words.

Here is Belladonna, the Lady of the Rocks,
The lady of situations.
Here is the man with three staves, and here the Wheel,
And here is the one-eyed merchant, and this card
Which is blank, is something that he carries on his back,
Which I am forbidden to see. I do not find
The Hanged Man. Fear death by water.
I see crowds of people, walking round in a ring.
Thank you. If you see dear Mrs. Equitone,
Tell her I bring the horoscope myself;

One must be so careful these days.
